Schedule

The Village is provided with trash and recycling pickup through Republic Services. Trash pickup occurs every Wednesday, and recycling is picked up every other Wednesday.

Setting Up Services

Trash service is provided in one of two manners for Village residents:

1. Republic Services Trash Bags – Bags can be bought at Botkins Electric and Circle K and are placed at the curb for pickup on Wednesdays.
2. Trash Tote – A trash tote service is available through Republic Services. The tote can use any bags and comes with unlimited large item pickup. Totes are placed at the curb for pickup on Wednesdays. To get a tote call Republic at 937-593-3566
3. Recycling is provided to all residents as a part of your utility bill with the Village. If you do not have a recycling bin, please contact the Village Office.
   

Large Item Pickup

Tags are available at Botkins Electric for large item pickup. Large items must be tagged in order to be picked up on trash day, unless you utilize Republic’s tote option, which includes unlimited large item pickup. Please contact Republic Services if you would like a tote or have questions regarding large item pickup.

Placement Schedule

Village ordinance stipulates that trash and recycling may be put out to the curb no earlier than 8:00 p.m. on the day prior to pick up, and all bins must be brought back no later than 8:00 p.m. on the pickup day.
