Water and Wastewater Utilities

The Village of Botkins operates it's own water and wastewater facilities. Accounts are set up and services turned on at the Village Administrative Offices.

Electric Providers

Electric utilities in the Village are provided by Dayton Power & Light. Suppliers for electric can be chosen based on a number of criteria, and the Village does take part in electric aggregation through Dynegy.

Natural Gas

There are two suppliers of natural gas in the Village. Vectren services the Botkins Industrial Park through a 6-inch medium pressure main. The remainder of the Village is serviced by Dominion.

There are two major options for internet and phone services in the Village.

Trash and Recycling

In the Village trash and recycling services are provided by Republic Services. For residential customers recycling is included in water & sewer utility bills, business customers must contact Republic Services to set up recycling. Everyone will either need to contact Republic Services to set up trash pickup services or utilize Republic Services bags which are sold at Botkins Electric and Circle K.
